Thank you for visiting and shopping at Spahaus. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 7-10 days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.
For area’s outside of England and Wales or for non stock products which require extra processing shipping times will vary.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Most orders can be delivered on our own trucks at our minimum charge. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please be aware that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipping Area

Spahaus ships to addresses within England and Wales. For Scotland and Ireland please call as other shipping methods would be used, which will affect the cost. Please be aware that we do not not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/text as soon as we have a firm delivery date. Before delivery our driver will call you to confirm.

Damages

Please check your order upon delivery.

Spahaus is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please alert the driver and contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim as used or partially used material will not be refunded/replaced.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the UK and Ireland.
